A friend of the two, Uday Chandra, 28 however, survived and is being treated.
Locals said that the three fell sick after drinking alcohol on Monday night, when they were sad to hear of a friends’ death.
The three were taken to Naogaon Sadar Hospital on Tuesday morning.
Majumder died around 11am while Laskar around 8pm.
“Both of them died due to too much consumption of alcohol,” resident physician of the hospital Dr Mostafizur Rahman told bdnews24.com.
